Medical Weight Loss
14 Week Support Program

Through the Personal Performance Cycle, Head for Health offers a structured 14-week program designed to support sustainable weight loss and long-term wellbeing. The program includes weekly one-on-one sessions and group work, providing both personalised support and shared learning.
You’ll engage with cognitive behavioural techniques, performance psychology, and core health principles to build lasting habits, while also developing an understanding of lifestyle-related disease pathways and effective coping strategies.
We support clients using GLP-1 medications as well as those in pre- and post-operative care, working within a multidisciplinary team to provide a coordinated, holistic approach to lasting change.
